About this file
This document is an Amendment (No. 5) to a Standard Professional Services Agreement between the State of Florida Department of Transportation and McCranie & Associates, Inc. The amendment involves a transportation infrastructure project located in Osceola and Sumter Counties, specifically covering State Road (SR) 15 from east of Turnpike to north of Tyson Creek Bridge, and SR 471 from south of an Unnamed Canal to south of the Little Withlacoochee River. The original contract was initially executed on January 4, 2016, and this amendment is dated January 11, 2018.
The amendment adds Post Design Services and incorporates a new Financial Project Number (434406-1-62-02), with a maximum limiting amount of $9,386.00 for these additional services. This brings the total maximum limiting amount for all services under the original agreement to $1,145,990.00. The post-design services include construction assistance such as engineering support during the construction phase, addressing field changes, reviewing shop drawings, and providing technical solutions as requested by the Department. The compensation structure involves both lump sum and limiting amount elements, with specific hourly rates defined for various job classes like Project Manager, Chief Engineer, Senior Engineer, and others, along with overhead and expense percentages.
