About this file

This is a Standard Written Agreement Modification #3 between the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Traffop Corp., documenting an amendment to their existing contract (Agreement No. BED12) for District Five Automated Approach and Detector Channel Prediction and Configuration Service. The modification was executed on 04/17/2023 and involves the state of Florida's transportation infrastructure.

The amendment authorizes an additional $40,800.00 in funding to expand the existing Automated Traffic Signal Performance Measures (ATSPM) system by incorporating two additional 100-signal batches (signals 901-1100) into the service. The monthly rate for each additional 100-signal batch is $1,700, with services to be provided for 12 months. The existing contract's end date of April 9, 2024, remains unchanged. This modification increases the overall contract compensation to accommodate the expanded signal coverage, allowing FDOT to integrate more signals into its local ATSPM instance, which was previously connected to approximately 900 signals.
