About this file
This document is Amendment No. 10 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC883, an indefinite delivery contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Trident Treatment & Dewatering LLC d/b/a MAS Environmental LLC. The contract, originally executed on February 21, 2014, provides petroleum contamination site response action services in Florida's South Region. The amendment was executed in November 2020 and processed for data entry on November 20, 2020.
Amendment No. 10 implements a rate decrease across 190 pay items in the contract's rate schedule, with reductions ranging from approximately 4.86% to 5.14%. The amendment modifies Attachment D (Rate Schedule) from version 3.2 to version 3.3, effective for all new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of November 20, 2020. Pre-existing work assignments continue to apply the prior rate schedule. The rate changes affect services including mobilization, drilling and boring, well installation, sample collection and analysis, soil source removal, remediation system operations and maintenance, debris removal and disposal, reports, and professional engineering and geology services. No line items were added, deleted, or otherwise modified by this amendment; only the pricing structure was adjusted. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect.
