About this file

This is Amendment No. 14 to Agency Term Contract No. GC879, a state contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Taylor Environmental Consulting, LLC. The original contract was executed on February 26, 2014, for petroleum contamination site response action services under the Petroleum Restoration Program. The amendment was signed on August 5, 2022, by Lee C. Taylor, Principal Engineer of Taylor Environmental Consulting, LLC, and John Truitt, Deputy Secretary of the Florida DEP.

Amendment No. 14 modifies the Schedule of Pay Items under Attachment A (V2.0), specifically Section 12 regarding Debris, Waste and Product Removal and Disposal. The amendment establishes a notification requirement for soil volume overages: when delivery weight tickets indicate an overage exceeding the volume approved on a Purchase Order, and the overage does not exceed 20% of the total volume authorized under the Purchase Order, the contractor must notify the site manager via a Request for Change within two business days of the date the additional soil was transported from the site. All other contract terms and conditions remain in effect, with this amendment's provisions controlling in the event of any inconsistency with the original contract.
