About this file

This is Amendment No. 14 to Agency Term Contract No. GC870 for the Petroleum Restoration Program, executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (a state agency) and Imperial Testing and Engineering, Inc. (the contractor). The amendment was signed on January 24, 2024, and modifies the original contract that became effective on February 24, 2014.

The amendment extends the contract term for an additional six-month period, beginning February 14, 2024, and ending August 14, 2024. No new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments may be issued after August 14, 2024; however, any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued during the extended term may continue for up to twelve months following the extended contract period for completion. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect, with the provisions of this amendment controlling in the event of any inconsistencies between the amendment and the existing contract.
