This document is an email chain dated July 28-31, 2017, between Timothy R. Foster of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Petroleum Restoration Program and Alireza Malek of American Environmental Engineering (AEE) regarding contract ATC 0010. The correspondence involves state and local procurement communication related to address changes for the contractor.

The emails address administrative matters concerning American Environmental Engineering's relocation to a new business address at 130 S University Drive, Suite B, Plantation, FL 33324. Foster emphasizes that according to procedures discussed in an ATC teleconference, address changes in MFMP (the state's contract management system) must be added rather than deleted or updated, and that all affected parties including procurement staff and project managers must be notified of the change. The correspondence includes American Environmental Engineering's current address at 100 S. Pine Island Road, Suite 108, Plantation, Florida 33324, and contact information for Alireza Malek, P.G., the company principal.
