About this file
Summary
This is Amendment No. 9 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC824, executed on June 19, 2020, between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and TERRA-COM ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING, INC. The original contract was executed on February 27, 2014, to provide petroleum contamination site response action services in the North Region of Florida. The amendment implements rate increases for specified pay items in the contractor's rate schedule effective upon the Rate Change Date of June 19, 2020.
Amendment No. 9 modifies pricing for 232 pay items contained in Attachment D (Rate Schedule V3.2), with rate increases ranging from 4.65% to 5.00%, not exceeding the maximum 5% increase authorized under contract provision 11.B.ii. Rate adjustments apply exclusively to new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date, while all pre-Rate Change Date work assignments continue to utilize the previous rate schedule. The rate increases span multiple service categories including mobilization, drilling and boring, well installation and abandonment, sample collection and field testing, laboratory analysis (soil, water, air, and product), soil source removal, petroleum storage tank removal and disposal, debris and waste removal, resurfacing, remedial action construction, pilot testing, system operation and maintenance, and professional engineering and geology services. All other contract terms and conditions remain in effect, with the amendment superseding any inconsistencies between the original contract and this amendment.
