About this file

This is Amendment No. 15 to Agency Term Contract No. GC812 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and GLE Associates, Inc. The original contract was effective March 18, 2014, and this amendment extends the contract for an additional six-month period beginning August 14, 2024, and continuing through February 14, 2025.

The contract covers petroleum contamination site response action services. Under this amendment, no new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments may be issued after the extended term expires on February 14, 2025. However, any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued or executed during the renewal or extended term period may continue for up to twelve months after the extended term to allow for completion of work. The amendment includes an attestation that the contractor certifies under penalty of perjury that commodities and services have not been produced using forced labor, and acknowledges that the Department may terminate the contract if the contractor is placed on the force labor vendor list pursuant to Florida Statutes section 287.1346. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect, with any inconsistencies between the contract and amendment resolved in favor of the amendment provisions.

However, the Restated Contract shall continue in effect up to twelve months after the extended term for completion of any Purchase Order or Task Assignment issued/executed during the renewal or extended term.
