About this file
Amendment No. 4 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC810
This document is Amendment No. 4 to Agency Term Contract No. GC810, executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Georgia Oilmen's Services, Inc. The contract provides petroleum contamination site response action services in the North Region of Florida. The amendment was executed on May 22, 2018, following data processing of rate changes by the Department.
Amendment No. 4 modifies the Rate Schedule (Attachment D, Version 2.1) through a comprehensive restructuring of pay item rates effective for new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of May 22, 2018. The amendment includes both rate increases and decreases across the contract's extensive pay item list, with rate increases not exceeding the maximum allowable 5 percent. Key rate modifications include decreases for mobilization costs, well installation and removal services, and certain laboratory analysis items, balanced against increases for professional services, remediation system operation and maintenance packages, and specialized analytical testing. All pre-Rate Change Date work assignments continue to apply the contractor's prior rate schedule. The amendment modifies rates only; it does not add, delete, or otherwise modify line items contained in the original contract. Attachment D (V2.1) containing the complete updated rate schedule of 27 pages has been incorporated as part of this amendment.
