About this file

This is Amendment No. 14 to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Agency Term Contract No. GC810, executed between the DEP and Georgia Oilmen's Services, Inc. The amendment modifies the rate schedule for petroleum contamination site response action services in the North Region. The contract was originally executed on February 27, 2014, and this amendment became effective June 10, 2024, following the Department's data processing of the rate changes.

The amendment adjusts rates for 347 pay items across the rate schedule, implementing both rate increases and decreases effective for new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date (June 10, 2024). Rate increases range primarily between approximately 2.97% and 5.00%, with the majority of increases capped at the 5% maximum allowed under contract provision 11.B.ii. Specific rate reductions were applied to two bioassay testing items (9-62 and 9-63), which decreased by 3.56% and 7.98% respectively. The pay items cover comprehensive environmental services including mobilization, boring and drilling operations, soil and water sampling and analysis, well installation and abandonment, remedial system pilot testing and operations and maintenance, excavation and disposal services, professional engineering and geological oversight, and report preparation and certification. All pre-Rate Change Date work assignments continue to apply the prior rate schedule, while Attachment D, Rate Schedule (V3.5) governs pricing for all subsequent new work assignments.
