About this file

This is Amendment No. 8 to an Agency Term Contract (GC796) between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and CDG Engineers & Associates, Inc., executed on February 26, 2014, to provide petroleum contamination site response action services in Florida's North Region. The amendment constitutes a rate increase modification to the existing contract for an indefinite delivery vehicle.

Amendment No. 8 implements a 15% rate increase across the majority of pay items in the contract, effective for new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of May 25, 2022. The rate adjustments apply to over 400 pay items covering field activities, mobilization, drilling and boring, well installation, sample collection, laboratory analysis, soil source removal, debris disposal, remediation system packages, and professional engineering services. Pre-existing work assignments and previously offered work assignments continue to apply the contractor's prior Rate Schedule (V3.1). All other contract terms and conditions remain in effect. The revised Rate Schedule (V3.2) comprises 27 pages detailing the previous contracted item prices from 2014, the prior contracted item prices from V3.1, and the newly revised contracted item prices following the 15% increase, with some select items receiving alternative percentage adjustments of 5%, 10%, or approximately 14.96-14.99%.
