About this file
Document Summary
This is Amendment No. 9 to Agency Term Contract No. GC786, executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and AECOM Technical Services, Inc., dated February 21, 2014. The contract provides petroleum contamination site response action services in Florida's North Region. The amendment was processed and became effective on June 19, 2020, following approval by authorized representatives from both parties.
The amendment modifies pay item rates contained in Attachment D (Rate Schedule V3.1), implementing both rate increases and decreases across multiple service categories. Rate changes apply exclusively to new work assignments offered on or after the effective Rate Change Date of June 19, 2020, while all pre-Rate Change Date work assignments continue under the prior rate schedule. Rate increases do not exceed the maximum 5% permitted under contract provision 11.B.ii, with the contractor providing required justification reviewed and approved by FDEP. Services subject to rate adjustment include drilling and boring operations, well installation and abandonment, sample collection and laboratory analysis, mobilization costs, soil source removal activities, remediation system construction and operation, and professional engineering and geology services. Specific rate modifications range from decreases of 15% (Site Reconnaissance/Field Measurement Visit, item 2-1) to increases of 5% across multiple line items (DPT equipment, drill rig mobilization, well installation, soil treatment systems, and professional oversight services). The revised Rate Schedule V3.2, comprising 27 pages of detailed pay items and pricing, becomes the operative schedule for all work assignments issued after the Rate Change Date.
