Amendment No. 12 to Agency Term Contract No. GC786 – Petroleum Restoration Program

This is Amendment No. 12 to an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity agency term contract between the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and AECOM Technical Services, Inc. The original contract, effective February 21, 2014, establishes an ongoing relationship for petroleum contamination site response action services. The amendment was executed on August 12, 2022, by Jennifer Gootee, PE, Associate Vice President for AECOM, and John Truitt, Deputy Secretary of the Florida DEP.

Amendment No. 12 modifies the Scope of Services (Attachment A, V2.0) by updating Section 12 regarding Debris, Waste and Product Removal and Disposal. The amendment establishes a protocol for managing soil volume overages during debris removal and disposal operations. Specifically, when delivery weight tickets indicate an overage exceeding the volume authorized on a Purchase Order, notification via a Request for Change must be submitted to the site manager within two business days if the additional soil does not exceed 20 percent of the total volume authorized under the Purchase Order. All other contract terms and conditions remain in effect, with the amendment provisions controlling in cases of any inconsistency between the original contract and this amendment.
