About this file

This document is Amendment No. 20 to Agency Term Contract No. GC779, a Petroleum Restoration Program contract entered into by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (an agency of the State of Florida) and NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC, d/b/a MAS Environmental, located at 3900 Kennesaw 75 Parkway, Suite 100, Kennesaw, GA 30144. The amendment effectuates the assignment of the contract from the original contractor, Trident Treatment & Dewatering, LLC (d/b/a MAS Environmental LLC), to NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC, with an effective date of May 8, 2024. The amendment updates the contractor name and Federal Employer Identification Number (FEID) to 26-0347209 and confirms that NOVA assumes all rights, duties, liabilities, and responsibilities of the predecessor contractor. The assignment was approved by the Department, and all other contract terms and conditions remain in effect.

The contract involves petroleum contamination site response action services, originally effective February 21, 2014. The assignment agreement confirms that NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC will continue to use the Department's unique Contractor Identification Number #1338 (CID) previously assigned to the original contractor and will maintain all associated rates, performance evaluation scores, and other information achieved under the agreements. The contract manager remains Marc Eichenholtz, with contact information at meichenholtz@mas-env.com and (813) 472-8811. The assignment and assumption agreement also covers Agency Term Contracts GC827 and GC883, which are similarly being assigned to NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC effective May 8, 2024.
