About this file
This is Amendment No. 19 to Agency Term Contract No. GC779 for the Petroleum Restoration Program, executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Trident Treatment & Dewatering, LLC DBA MAS Environmental, LLC. The original contract became effective on February 21, 2014, and this amendment was signed on August 2, 2024, by Jessica Kramer, Secretary or Designee for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and a representative of Trident Treatment & Dewatering, LLC.
The amendment extends the contract for a six-month period beginning August 14, 2024, and continuing through February 14, 2025, under the authority of Section 287.057(13), Florida Statutes. No new Purchase Orders or Task Assignments may be issued after the contract term expires; however, any Purchase Orders or Task Assignments issued during the renewal or extended term may continue for up to twelve months following the extended term for completion purposes. The amendment deletes and replaces Paragraph 4, Term of Contract Section C in its entirety. The contractor attests under penalty of perjury that no commodities or services offered have been produced by forced labor, and agrees to be placed on the force labor vendor list created pursuant to Section 287.1346, Florida Statutes. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect, with amendment provisions controlling in cases of inconsistency.
