About this file

This document is Amendment No. 11 to the Agency Term Contract No. GC778 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and Terracon Consultants, Inc. The amendment modifies the rate schedule for petroleum contamination site response action services in the Central Region, executed under the original contract dated February 27, 2014. The amendment was signed by Dan Nedvidek, Department Manager for Terracon Consultants, Inc., and Jessica Kramer, Deputy Secretary of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, on May 9, 2024.

Amendment No. 11 implements rate increases to the contract's Rate Schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.2) effective June 10, 2024, for all new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date. The requested rate increases do not exceed the maximum 5% threshold permitted under provision 11.B.ii of the contract. The amendment includes a comprehensive rate schedule covering over 200 line items encompassing mobilization services, drilling and boring operations, well installation and abandonment, sampling and analytical testing, excavation and remediation systems, engineering oversight, and reporting services. Pre-existing work assignments and previously offered work assignments continue under the prior rate schedule. The new rates became effective for new work assignments following the Department's data entry completion on June 10, 2024, with the contractor notified within five business days of the effective date.
