About this file
This is Amendment No. 13 to Agency Term Contract No. GC748 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. The amendment was executed on August 22, 2022, and modifies the original contract effective February 27, 2014. The contract is part of the Petroleum Restoration Program and establishes an indefinite delivery vehicle for petroleum contamination site response action services.
The amendment updates the Scope of Services, specifically Section 12 (Debris, Waste and Product Removal and Disposal) under the Schedule of Pay Items. The modification establishes procedures for managing volume overages during soil disposal operations. When delivery weight tickets indicate soil volume exceeding the amount authorized on a Purchase Order, the contractor must notify the site manager via a Request for Change within two business days if the overage does not exceed 20 percent of the total volume authorized under the Purchase Order. All other terms and conditions of the base contract remain in effect, with the amendment provisions controlling in case of any inconsistency between the original contract and this amendment.
