About this file
This is Amendment No. 11 to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Agency Term Contract No. GC743, executed between the FDEP and Earth Systems, Inc. The contract, originally awarded on February 21, 2014, provides petroleum contamination site response action services in the Central Region of Florida. This amendment is a rate increase modification that does not add, delete, or modify any line items contained in the original contract.
The amendment increases rates for 283 pay items effective for new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of May 25, 2022. Rate increases range from approximately 4.88% to 15.00%, with most increases clustering around 5% to 15%. The revised rates are documented in Attachment D (Rate Schedule V3.3), which replaces the previous version (V3.2). All work assignments and previously offered work assignments issued prior to the Rate Change Date continue to apply the contractor's prior rate schedule. The services covered under this contract include mobilization, drilling and boring, well installation and abandonment, sample collection, laboratory analysis, soil source removal, remedial action construction, trenching, remediation system integration and startup, pilot testing, remedial action operation and maintenance, remediation system equipment use, professional services, and reporting. The contractor must provide tabulated rate changes to FDEP within five business days from the data entry date. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect, with amendment provisions controlling in the event of any inconsistencies.
