This is a Change Order No. 001 to DEP Contract No. GC737, executed between ARCADIS U.S., INC., a contractor based in Tallahassee, Florida, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The change order was entered into on February 19, 2014, and formally approved on May 30, 2014. The contract falls under the DEP's Petroleum Restoration Program, with primary contacts including Kevin M. Warner, P.E., as the contractor's Contract Manager, and Martin Ehlen as the DEP's Contract Manager.

The change order modifies Paragraph A of the original contract by updating contractor and departmental contact information and administrative details. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged. The document does not specify pricing, goods, services, option periods, or other substantive contract terms, as it serves solely to update contact information and administrative requirements for the ongoing Petroleum Restoration Program contract between ARCADIS U.S., INC. and the Florida DEP.
