Amendment No. 14 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC737

This document is Amendment No. 14 to Agency Term Contract No. GC737, a rate increase amendment executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and ARCADIS U.S., INC. The amendment modifies the existing contract for petroleum contamination site response action services in the Central Region. The contract was originally executed on February 19, 2014, and this amendment was executed on May 8, 2024, by ARCADIS U.S., INC. (Vice President Gus Suarez) and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Deputy Secretary Jessica Kramer).

Amendment No. 14 implements rate increases across multiple pay items contained in Attachment D (Rate Schedule V3.5), effective for all new work assignments offered on or after the Rate Change Date of June 10, 2024. The amendment increases rates for over 200 line items across various service categories including mobilization costs, drilling and boring services, sampling and analysis, well installation, soil excavation, remediation system installation and operation, and professional services. Rate increases range from approximately 4.0% to 5.0%, with the majority of increases at the 5.0% maximum allowable under contract provision 11.B.ii. The contractor submitted detailed justification for the increases, which the Department reviewed and approved. This amendment does not modify any contract line items, terms, or conditions; it exclusively adjusts pricing for specified pay items. All pre-Rate Change Date work assignments continue to apply the prior rate schedule. Within five business days of data entry, the Department shall provide the contractor with a copy of the tabulated rate changes and the effective Rate Change Date.
