About this file
Amendment No. 11 to Agency Term Contract No. GC737 is an amendment to an indefinite delivery vehicle between the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and ARCADIS U.S., INC. The original contract became effective on February 19, 2014, and addresses petroleum contamination site response action services. The amendment was executed on August 22, 2022, with signatures from Gus Suarez, Vice President of ARCADIS U.S., INC., and John Truitt, Deputy Secretary of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
This amendment modifies the Scope of Services outlined in Attachment A (V2.0), specifically Section 12 regarding Debris, Waste and Product Removal and Disposal within the Technical Specification and Schedule of Pay Items. The amendment establishes a protocol for handling soil volume overages: when delivery weight tickets indicate an overage exceeding the volume approved on a Purchase Order, provided the overage does not exceed 20 percent of the total volume authorized under the Purchase Order, the contractor must notify the site manager via a Request for Change within two business days of the date the additional soil was transported from the site. All other terms and conditions of the contract remain in effect, with this amendment's provisions controlling in the event of any inconsistency with the original contract language.
