Document Summary
This is Amendment No. 3 to DEP Contract No. GC731, a restated contract entered into on February 19, 2014, between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (Department) and AMEC Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. (Contractor). The amendment was executed on March 9, 2017, and April 5, 2017, respectively. The contract supports the Petroleum Restoration Program under the Department's authority. This amendment reflects updates to contract administration procedures, compliance requirements, and scope of services modifications.
The amendment modifies multiple contract paragraphs to address notice and communication procedures, public records management and compliance with Florida Statutes Chapter 119, record-keeping and audit requirements, tax exemption status, contractor qualifications and disqualification provisions, employment eligibility verification through the E-Verify system, scrutinized companies certification requirements for contracts exceeding one million dollars, MyFloridaMarketPlace transaction fee procedures, and execution in counterparts via electronic transmission. The scope of services includes investigations near petroleum storage systems, with two items added: Item 44.a addressing a memo dated September 26, 2000, regarding amendments to a restated agency team contract protocol effective December 16, 2016, and Item 44.b covering performance standards for state-funded investigations near petroleum storage systems and utilities effective December 16, 2016, with reference to applicable FAC regulations. All other contract terms and conditions remain unchanged.
