About this file
This is Amendment No. 13 to Agency Term Contract No. GC731 between the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), an agency of the State of Florida, and WOOD ENVIRONMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE SOLUTIONS, INC. The amendment was executed on August 22, 2022, and modifies the original contract that became effective on February 19, 2014, for petroleum contamination site response action services.
The amendment updates the Scope of Services, specifically Section 12 (Debris, Waste and Product Removal and Disposal) under Attachment A (V2.0), to establish procedures for handling soil volume overages on Purchase Orders. The modified language requires that when delivery weight tickets indicate an overage of the approved volume, and the additional soil volume does not exceed 20 percent of the total volume authorized under the Purchase Order, the contractor must notify the site manager via a Request for Change within two business days of the date the additional soil was transported from the site. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain in effect, with this amendment controlling in the event of any inconsistencies.
