Contract Amendment Summary
This document is Amendment No. 17 to DEP Agency Term Contract No. GC731, a state contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure, Inc. The contract, originally executed on February 19, 2014, provides petroleum contamination site response action services in the Central Region of Florida. This amendment represents a rate increase modification to the existing indefinite delivery vehicle contract.
Amendment No. 17 implements a rate increase to the contractor's Rate Schedule (Attachment D, Version 3.5), effective for all new work assignments issued on or after the Rate Change Date of June 10, 2024. The rate increases across 236 pay items range from approximately 3.33% to 15.00%, with the majority of increases at 5.00%, consistent with the maximum allowable increase of 5% per the contract provisions. Pay items include site assessments, drilling and boring services, well installation and monitoring, soil and water sampling and laboratory analysis, remediation system packages, equipment mobilization, excavation and disposal services, professional services, and project management oversight. The rate increases apply exclusively to new work assignments; all pre-Rate Change Date work assignments continue under the prior rate schedule. The amendment does not modify any line items or other contract terms and conditions, which remain in effect.
