This is Change Order No. 002 to DEP Contract No. GC730, an Agency Term Contract between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and Aerostar SES LLC, a contractor based in Jacksonville, Florida. The contract was originally entered into on February 19, 2014, and was amended and restated on September 30, 2015. This change order, approved on April 28, 2016, modifies the existing contractual agreement between the two parties.

The change order specifically amends Paragraph 13 of the Amended and Restated Agency Contract by deleting it in its entirety and replacing it with revised notice provisions. The new notice language establishes protocols for all allowed or required notices and written communications between the parties, specifying that notices shall be sent by email, U.S. Mail, or courier delivery service and are considered delivered upon electronic mail receipt, courier service receipt, or recipient acknowledgment. The change order updates the contact information for both parties, designating G. Scott Hughes as the Contractor's Contract Manager and Carol Carnley as the Department's Contract Manager. All other terms and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged.
