About this file
This is Amendment No. 10 to Agency Term Contract No. GC728 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Advanced Environmental Technologies, LLC. The original contract was effective February 27, 2014, and covers petroleum contamination site response action services under the Petroleum Restoration Program.
Amendment No. 10 modifies the Scope of Services, specifically updating Section 12 (Debris, Waste and Product Removal and Disposal) of Attachment A to establish procedures for handling soil volume overages. The amendment stipulates that if delivery weight tickets indicate an overage exceeding the volume approved on a Purchase Order, and the overage does not exceed 20% of the total authorized volume, the contractor must notify the site manager via a Request for Change within two business days of the date the additional soil was transported from the site. All other contract terms and conditions remain unchanged, with this amendment's provisions controlling in the event of any inconsistencies with the original contract.
