About this file

This document is Amendment No. 3 to a Professional Services Agreement (Contract No. DC780) between the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Jones, Edmunds & Associates, Inc., a Florida corporation. The amendment modifies a previous agreement originally dated August 22, 2008, which had been previously amended in July 2011 and June 2014.

The amendment extends the contract's completion date beyond the original February 22, 2015 deadline to allow for the continuation of existing work assignments. Specifically, Section 3.1 of the original agreement is revised to state that the contract term will be "coterminous with the latest completion date of any Work Assignment authorized by the Department and pending with the Consultant as of the date of Amendment No. 3." The amendment does not introduce any changes to contract funding or scope, but rather ensures that ongoing work assignments can be completed after the initial contract expiration date. No specific monetary values or additional services are detailed in this amendment.
