About this file
This document is a Facility Location and Staffing Chart for a Parenting Time Services contract issued by the Arizona Department of Child Safety's Office of Procurement & Contracts. The document details facility locations for Child and Family Support Services (CFSS) in three Arizona counties: Maricopa, Pima, and Yavapai, with physical offices in Phoenix, Tucson, and Prescott Valley. The staffing chart outlines various positions including directors, supervisors, assistant supervisors, case aides, and program managers, with a total staffing complement across multiple roles.
The contract provides 24/7 parenting time services, with office lobby hours from 8 am to 5 pm, and the ability to conduct services during holidays and after standard business hours. CFSS emphasizes continuity of service, noting that employees can access office spaces using key fobs and ensuring at least one supervisor is present during visits. The service is primarily community-based, with flexibility to conduct visits during non-standard hours, including holidays. The document demonstrates a commitment to maintaining uninterrupted service delivery across state programs, with specific provisions for on-call staffing and alternative service arrangements to meet contract requirements.

Child and Family Support Services (CFSS) Response to Request for Clarification:
While the Child and Family Support Services (CFSS) office locations and lobby are closed on the listed holidays, CFSS teams still individually provide services to assigned families across all our programs state-wide. There is no disruption in service should a visit be scheduled during a company holiday or after regular business hours. The majority of CFSS service delivery, in both the DCS and BH programs, is community-based and readily occurs irrespective of any office closure. Holidays often afford unique opportunity for visits to occur in the AM or mid-day whereas, during a typical work week, the only opportunities may be after-school or evenings unless the visit occurs on the weekend.
In the event any visitation would be scheduled at a CFSS office when the office is closed, the employees have access to the office space utilizing their key fobs for entry. Additionally, CFSS always assures that at least one (1) other person, typically a supervisor, is in the office with the Case Aide when visits occur, including evenings, weekend or holidays when the office is closed.
CFSS on-call and after-hours schedules routinely overlap planned company and Federal holidays. There is no change or disruption in those activities as described in this response.
