About this file
This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of Arizona Department of Child Safety, Office of Procurement & Contracts, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The solicitation number is BPM006769 and specifically relates to Parenting Time Services. The RFP seeks service providers for multiple counties across Arizona, with Attachment 4 detailing the Statewide Coverage options.
The proposal allows bidders to select service counties, with specific capacity requirements for Maricopa County (40 families), Pima County (40 families), and Yavapai County (20 families). A notable condition exists for Yavapai County: if it is the only county awarded, the contractor (CFSS) reserves the right to decline the award due to insufficient economies of scale. The document provides a checklist of counties where services can be proposed, including Coconino, La Paz, Mohave, Maricopa, Cochise, Pima, Santa Cruz, Yuma, and several other counties in the Apache, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, Navajo, and Pinal regions.
