The project includes comprehensive upgrades to interior finishes, architectural components, mechanical and plumbing systems, power and lighting systems, technology infrastructure, and audio visual systems, with the addition featuring three computer labs and a student gathering space.

The project has an approved total development budget of $5,701,700, with anticipated state funding of $2,423,200.
