About this file
This is a Certificate of Non-Collusion form required by Jones County School System for supplier responses to solicitations. The document establishes the formal terms and conditions that suppliers must accept when submitting bids or proposals, including acknowledgment of the specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation and agreement that submitted responses constitute binding offers valid for one hundred and twenty days from the final solicitation closing date, unless otherwise specified. Suppliers must certify that all items in their response meet or exceed stated specifications and requirements, except as expressly noted, and commit to delivering goods and/or services that conform to these standards if awarded a contract. The form requires suppliers to provide their full legal company name, authorized signature, printed name and title of the signing official, date, company address, facsimile number, and email address.
The document explicitly requires suppliers to certify that their response is made without prior understanding, agreement, or connection with any other corporation, firm, or person submitting a response for the same materials, supplies, equipment, or services, and affirms that the submission is fair and without collusion or fraud. Suppliers acknowledge that collusive bidding violates state and federal law and can result in fines, imprisonment, and civil damage awards. Additionally, suppliers must certify compliance with Georgia's Official Code Annotated Sections 45-10-20 et seq. The form specifies that it cannot be modified and must be completed, signed, and submitted with all supplier responses to the solicitation.
