About this file
This document provides specifications for the Burley Fire Warehouse Remodel project solicited by the Bureau of Land Management. The project involves remodeling an existing facility to incorporate vehicle storage, restrooms, warehouse space, and cache storage areas while meeting applicable building codes and sustainability standards. Work will be completed under a single contract in two phases, with Phase 1 including all demolition and Phase 2 comprising construction and utility connections. Bidders should price work using lump sum payment items for mobilization, site demolition, site work, site utilities, building remodel, and site support structures. The specifications establish quality and administrative requirements for the project and describe temporary facilities, submittal procedures, and other contract provisions.
