About this file

This is a Scope of Work document issued by the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs, Construction and Facilities Management Office, for water sampling and monitoring services across four Arizona Army National Guard installations: Buckeye Armed Forces Reserve Center, Florence Military Reservation, Silver Bell Army Heliport, and Picacho Peak Stagefield. The document outlines specific requirements for water quality testing in compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act and Unregulated Contaminated Monitoring Rule.

The contract requires a contractor to provide comprehensive water sampling services, including collecting samples for various parameters such as total coliform, residual chlorine, disinfection byproducts, nitrate-nitrite, volatile organic compounds, copper, lead, and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The sampling must be performed monthly or annually at specified locations, with samples delivered to a designated state laboratory for testing. The contractor must hold a Grade 1 Water Distribution Certification, submit monthly and special reports by the 15th of each month, and be prepared to conduct additional sampling if initial test results are non-compliant. The scope includes detailed sampling schedules for each installation, with specific testing requirements and locations identified for each site.
