About this file
This document is an Evaluation Determination issued by the Arizona Department of Veterans' Services under Governor Douglas A. Ducey's administration, with Wanda Wright as the director. The document pertains to Solicitation No. BPM004543 for Pharmaceutical Services and specifically determines that two offerors - LCPS Acquisition, LLC d/b/a Omnicare of Chandler, Neighborcare and Pharmacy Corporation of America dba PharMerica - are not susceptible for award.
The solicitation is for Pharmaceutical Services for the Arizona State Veterans' Homes. The determination was made in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes §41-2534 and Arizona Administrative Code R2-7-C311, indicating that the offerors failed to meet mandatory requirements or susceptibility criteria outlined in the solicitation. The document notes that notification to these offerors would potentially compromise the state's ability to negotiate with other offerors. The determination will be placed in the procurement file and remains in effect unless modified or revoked, as determined by Christina Jimenez, the Senior Procurement Officer.
