d. PARTS PRICE LIST: All pricing includes delivery costs (FOB Destination). See attachment (1)
e. REVIEW OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST: Contractor submitted pricing shall be locked during the first year of the agreement. This means that the attached parts price list represents a price ceiling for a contractor’s response to an RFQ. Contractors are encouraged to provide the best price they would be willing to accept, which could be below their pricing in the parts price list. This encourages competition and ensures that the contractor with the lowest parts price list is not continually receiving all the resulting call orders/ delivery orders. For clarification, call order/ delivery order awards are based on pricing submitted in RFQ responses, not listed prices in attachment 1. Contractors should submit revised parts price lists for years 2-5 no later than 1 month prior to the applicable anniversary of signed execution of BPA.
f. COORDINATION OF DELIVERIES: Deliveries must be coordinated with the DLA point of contact referenced in the awarded call order/ delivery order. Repairs shall only be accomplished, at no cost to the Government, if approved by the manufacturer and KO or COR.
