About this file

This is a Worker Protection and Investment Form (BOP-2201) associated with a Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Patrol solicitation for GNSS receivers, accessories, training, and technical support. The Pennsylvania State Police requires vendors to provide equipment and services meeting specified technical requirements under a no-substitute solicitation. Written questions must be submitted to RA-SPPSPBIDS@PA.GOV by September 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. All bids must be submitted electronically through the PA Supplier Portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us. Vendors must complete and upload both the Reciprocal Limitations Requirements Act form (GSPUR-89) and the Worker Protection and Investment Act form (BOP-2201) with their bid submissions. A current certificate of insurance naming PSP as certificate holder with supplemental language designating PSP as additional insured must also be uploaded with the bid response.

Bidders are required to monitor the DGS eMarketplace website for any change notices that may be issued, as these notices become incorporated into the bid specifications. Only electronic bid responses will be accepted; vendors must be registered on the PA Supplier Portal to obtain a vendor number and submit their proposals. The solicitation does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding amounts, or contract term details within the Worker Protection and Investment Form itself, as this form primarily addresses compliance requirements and submission procedures.
