Vendors must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience performing concrete installation services and provide examples of at least three similar projects completed within the past five years. All qualified personnel, equipment, and applicable contractor licensing must be documented, along with an established written safety program demonstrating workplace safety and regulatory compliance. The District reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to accept or reject proposed variations to specifications and terms. Prequalification is contingent upon execution of a mutually acceptable agreement and maintenance of required insurance throughout the contract term. The District will be the sole evaluator of vendor qualifications and reserves discretion to select vendors whose responses it deems in the best interest of the District.
