About this file

This is a bid specification document for a Boiler Feedwater Condensate Skid System project issued by the State of Minnesota. The project encompasses the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of a complete boiler feedwater condensate skid system that includes condensate collection, treatment, storage, and supply components. The specification details comprehensive equipment requirements including a condensate receiver tank, water treatment system with carbon and ion exchange filters, a pressurized storage tank, booster pump assembly, instrumentation, and associated piping and controls. The system must comply with ASME Code requirements and industry standards for pressure vessel design and water treatment. The specification establishes detailed technical performance criteria, material specifications, quality assurance requirements, and acceptance testing procedures for the complete skid assembly and its integration into the existing facility infrastructure.

The specification requires bidders to provide detailed pricing for equipment, fabrication, delivery, and installation services. Bidders must demonstrate experience with similar systems and provide equipment certifications, design drawings, and performance guarantees. The specification establishes strict quality control requirements including pressure testing, hydrostatic testing, and operational performance verification before final acceptance. Payment terms, warranty provisions, and post-installation support requirements are outlined to ensure long-term system reliability. The document includes detailed technical drawings, P&ID diagrams, and equipment datasheets that bidders must reference in their proposals to ensure complete understanding of scope and specifications.
