This is Bid Addendum 04 for RFP 115-6181 issued by Pitt Community College in North Carolina, containing clarifications and responses to 37 vendor questions regarding the Website Redesign project. The College seeks proposals for a comprehensive website redesign and integrated employee-facing intranet solution, with services including strategy, research, user-experience design, content planning, development, migration, implementation, training, and ongoing support. The project encompasses redesign of the public-facing website currently hosted on SiteGround and development of a new intranet to replace the existing SharePoint-based system. Key scope clarifications include: the 500-page migration limit applies only to public-facing website pages; the vendor must manage US-based cloud hosting; approximately 1,200 employees and 45,000+ student users are anticipated; the development, integrations, and content migration phase is expected to occur over four months; and no specific launch date is required. The RFP opening date was scheduled for September 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET, with the original proposal due date of August 31, 2026 preceded by this addendum dated August 26, 2026.
AndiSites, Inc. is identified as the current incumbent vendor providing website services and is eligible to participate in this RFP. The College is open to alternative content management systems beyond WordPress if vendors provide clear justification and is flexible on architecture recommendations regarding separate or combined installations for the public website and intranet. The vendor will be responsible for all hosting, third-party plugins, software licenses, subscriptions, security services, analytics tools, and support/maintenance costs during the initial implementation and Years 2-5; PCC will not disclose its specific budget but has established one internally. Primary system integrations required include Colleague, Modern Campus, Element451, and Paradigm, with current analytics platforms being Google Analytics, Siteimprove, and Google Search Console. The College does not require onsite work and is open to offshore resources, provided worker locations are disclosed on Attachment E. Vendors must be registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State in good standing prior to certification of award.

36 Section 5.3 What is the true migration scope behind the “up to 500 combined pages” requirement?
The 500-page migration limit applies to public-facing website pages only. It does not include intranet content, PDFs/documents, forms, media assets, program records, news/events, or faculty/staff profiles.
37 Section 5.3 What Systems do you have that you would like integration with?
Is there a priority of system integrations? What specifically would you like to integrate within these systems.
PCC’s primary systems requiring integration include Colleague, Modern Campus, Element451, and potentially Paradigm (online diploma services).
