BBG Office of Security to carry out the required background investigations, the employee nominated by the Contractor must be a Citizen of the United States of America.

BBG50-R-13-0004 Amendment No. 1 September 4, 2013

C. In Section L.7.2.1, change the first sentence as follows:

From: The Offeror shall provide a detailed description of its experience in the past five (5) years in performing corrective and preventive maintenance for antenna types referenced in Section C.2.6.

D. Change the title of M.2.1 as follows:

E. In Section M.2.1.3, change the first sentence as follows:

CM and PM of antennas described in Section C.2.4.5

F. Change the title of M.2.1.4 as follows:

G. Section M.2.2.1 is changed as follows:

From: In addition to being compared to the prices in the other Offerors proposals, each Price

Proposal will be compared against the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE). If a Price

Proposal is clearly outside the IGCE, it will be evaluated as unacceptable and the Offeror will not be considered for the award. Proposed prices should reflect a clear understanding of the work and skills required for Task Order performance. A Price Proposal determined to be outside the IGCE in relation to its accompanying technical proposal will be deemed reflective of an inherent lack of technical competence or indicative of failure to comprehend the complexity and risk of the Task

Order requirements and may result in the rejection of the Offeror’s proposal.

To: In addition to being compared to the prices in the other Offerors proposals, each Price

Proposal will be compared against the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE). If a Price

Proposal is clearly outside the IGCE, it will be evaluated as unacceptable and the Offeror will not be considered for the award. The total evaluated price will be calculated by adding the sum of the prices of all the options to the price for the base period.

All others terms and conditions of Solicitation No. BBG50-R-13-0004 remain unchanged.
