About this file

This document is a Contract Amendment for Recruitment Services (Contract 004), executed between the State of North Dakota, acting through its Office of Management and Budget's State Procurement Office, and AGB Search. This is Amendment Number 3 to the original contract, which involves modifying certain terms and conditions of the existing recruitment services agreement.

The contract was originally commenced on February 27, 2020, with an initial term through December 31, 2021, and included three potential twelve-month renewal options. The amendment extends the contract's expiration date to December 31, 2024, and notes that two twelve-month renewals have already been utilized. Key modifications include updated insurance requirements pursuant to 2021 House Bill 1057, which increases statutory liability caps, specifically adjusting commercial general liability coverage to $2,000,000 per occurrence and employer's liability insurance to $2,000,000. The amendment also removes previous automobile liability insurance requirements. The contract can be further extended for an additional twelve months, though no renewals remain after this current extension.
