About this file

This Award Extension document pertains to a South Carolina state contract for an Asphalt Hotbox Reclaimer. The extension modifies the existing contract agreement, extending the term and conditions of the original award to the incumbent contractor. The document formalizes the continuation of services and establishes the parameters under which the contractor will continue to operate under the extended contract period, including any modifications to pricing, terms, or conditions that may apply to the extended service delivery.

The extension document outlines the administrative and contractual modifications necessary to continue the provision of asphalt hotbox reclaiming services beyond the original contract expiration date. This may include adjustments to pricing mechanisms, renewal of performance requirements, and confirmation of the contractor's continued eligibility and compliance with state procurement standards. The extension ensures continuity of service delivery for the requesting state agency while maintaining adherence to South Carolina's procurement regulations and contract management protocols.
