About this file

This document is a questionnaire to be completed by government program and contracting offices to determine security requirements for a federal contract. The contract involves developing commercially modified SUV designs and prototypes for armored vehicles to protect U.S. and foreign government officials. The Department of State Office of Acquisition Management issued solicitation number 19AQMM21R0013 for this purpose. The questionnaire seeks information on the work location, including whether any work will be conducted outside the U.S. and if so, in what specific countries. It also asks whether the work requires access to sensitive but unclassified, classified secret, or top secret information. Additional questions address special access needs, overseas and unescorted classified access, use of non-U.S. citizen personnel, and connectivity requirements. Completed questionnaires will be used to generate appropriate security guidance and a DD Form 254 for the contract.
