Electric CNC Tube Bending Machine
Salient Characteristics
25 June 2020
1) 1 EA Electric CNC Tube Bending Machine. Machine must include the following features, meet the following specifications and be compatible with existing tooling and laser scanning equipment to include:
a) Tooling: The existing tooling, manufactured by Eaton Leonard, has the capabilities to integrate with the specifications as listed under the specifications portion of this document.
b) Scanning Equipment: Eaton Leonard 3 “ Laser Probe Model Number:S5XP
2) Familiarization and Operation Training must be provided to the operators of this machinery post installation.

Installation Option:
Installation is being requested as an option to the Government and must be priced. See Attachment 2, Statement of Work, for full installation details.
Training Option:
Training is being requested as an option to the Government and must be priced. Training shall consist of the following:
1) Familiarization Training:
a. Shall include the necessary information regarding the features, functions, devices, limitations, and operating characteristics as defined by the manufacturer in the operator’s manual.
b. Set-Up of the machine
c. Programming of the machine to include the features and, limitations, and system error handling specific to the machine
d. Purpose and function of all controls of the machine
2) Schedule: Due to the current state of COVID-19, there will need to be an adherence to the CDC guidelines as well as the 28th Bomb Wing procedures and policies. In order to fulfill the training requirements, there will need to be a minimum of 2 day time training opportunities to a maximum of 4 day time training opportunities to accommodate the trainees and their schedule in COVID-19. For each training opportunity there will need to seats for a minimum of 2 trainees and a maximum of 8 per training opportunity to accommodate for COVID-19.
