About this file
This document is a Bid Response Sheet for Category 4, specifically focused on solid waste and recyclable materials disposal services for Minot. The attachment provides a detailed template for bidders to complete pricing and service information for various container sizes and types, ranging from 96-gallon totes to 30-yard open top containers. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive pricing for scheduled and unscheduled pulls, sanitation services, and pest spraying, with the understanding that to be considered for award at a specific location, a bid must cover all containers and services for that location.
The bid response sheet allows for flexible pricing across different container sizes and waste management needs, with bidders instructed to incorporate all associated expenses into their per-pull pricing, including fuel and environmental charges. Notably, bidders are not mandated to bid on all locations but must provide complete service pricing for any location they wish to be considered. The document emphasizes a collaborative approach, encouraging agencies to work with contractors to determine optimal waste removal strategies within the quoted pricing framework. The pricing structure allows for both contractor-owned and potentially customer-owned containers, with transparent pricing for various waste disposal scenarios.
