About this file

This addendum to specifications pertains to the replacement of an HVAC system at Arkansas Post National Memorial. The project includes demolishing the existing HVAC system only after the new equipment has been delivered and received by the contractor. Work must be completed within 270 calendar days from the notice to proceed to account for extended equipment lead times. The related federal contract opportunity is a total small business set-aside solicitation issued by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Midwest Region. It involves replacing the HVAC system in the visitor center at an estimated price between $250,000 and $500,000. Bidders must attend a pre-bid site visit, and submittal requirements are defined in section L of the solicitation.
