About this file
The document is a Buy American Certificate, a standard federal procurement form focused on domestic product sourcing for a Department of Veterans Affairs solicitation. The certificate requires offerors to certify the origin and domestic content of end products, specifically identifying domestic and foreign end products, with particular attention to items containing critical components. Offerors must list line items for domestic products, specify countries of origin for foreign products, and indicate whether foreign products exceed 55% domestic content.
The associated federal contract opportunity is for TIMS Imaging Equipment, issued by the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System located in Aurora, Colorado. The solicitation (Number 36C25925Q0439) is due on 06/06/2025 at 16:00 Mountain Time, and involves procurement for the Veterans Health Administration's Veterans Integrated Service Network 19. The certificate ensures compliance with Buy American regulations by requiring detailed documentation of product origins and domestic manufacturing content for the proposed imaging equipment.
