About this file

This document appears to be an Attachment E detailing specific criminal convictions and offenses for exclusionary purposes, likely related to employment or contracting within the state of South Carolina. The file comprehensively lists multiple categories of criminal offenses that would disqualify an individual from certain positions or opportunities, including crimes against persons, offenses against morality and decency, child-related offenses, and various felonies.

The document provides a detailed enumeration of specific statutory references from South Carolina state law, covering offenses such as contributing to the delinquency of a minor, unlawful conduct toward a child, cruelty to children, and child endangerment. Notable exceptions are included, such as a potential waiver for driving under the influence (DUI) convictions that occurred over ten years prior to an application, subject to specific conditions. The comprehensive list also encompasses violent crimes, felonies, and criminal offenses committed in other jurisdictions that are similar in nature to the specified state-level offenses.
