The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to install window blinds, treatments, and tint throughout the facility. The project includes installation of Caco or equal 2-inch faux wood blinds in white (or bidders may specify alternative manufacturers and colors) across multiple areas: six windows in the Day Room (approximately 80" wide x 65" long), four windows (approximately 39" wide x 63" long), six windows in the Main Dining Room (approximately 82" wide x 62" long), six windows in Unit 1 Dining Room (approximately 76" wide x 79" long), and 125 windows in resident rooms (approximately 49" x 54" each). Additionally, the project includes window tinting for five windows in Unit 5 Dining Room (the memory care wing), each window containing nine separate panes and measuring approximately 74" wide x 74" high, with the specific shade level to be confirmed by the user.

The contractor bears full responsibility for delivery and pickup of all materials and supplies, as well as disposal of all waste and debris generated during the project. Work must be carefully coordinated with nursing staff, and the contractor should take precautions to keep tools and materials away from residents, with after-hours scheduling potentially preferred for the memory care wing installation. The document does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, contract duration, renewal options, or funding amounts and sources in the sections provided.
