About this file

This attachment outlines personnel categories and qualifications for Ellucian ERP IT Consultants required by South Carolina for an enterprise resource planning implementation project. The document specifies thirteen distinct consultant roles across technical, functional, and management disciplines, each with defined minimum experience requirements, technical competencies, and assigned tasks. The personnel categories include Banner Technical Architect, Banner Portal Developer, Banner Developer, Banner Senior Developer, Banner Database Administrator, Banner ODS/EDW Technical Architect, Banner Report Developer, Banner Functional Consultant/Business Analyst, Banner Senior Functional Consultant/Business Analyst, Banner Senior Project Management Services Consultant, Banner Senior Organizational Change Management Services Consultant, and Banner Mainframe Technical Consultant. Positions are designated as either onsite only or offering onsite and remote work arrangements.

The qualifications framework establishes varying experience thresholds based on role complexity, ranging from five to twelve years of Banner-specific experience for technical roles, with senior positions requiring team leadership experience of at least three years. All candidates must provide multiple references from previous Banner implementations, with most requiring at least one reference from Banner version 8x. Technical roles demand proficiency in specific programming languages, database platforms, operating systems, and enterprise tools including Oracle, Java, SQL, PL/SQL, Apache Tomcat, UC4, and Cognos reporting software. Functional and management consultant positions require higher education implementation experience, with project management roles mandating PMI certification and organizational change management roles demanding extensive experience in large-scale transformational programs. The consultant roles encompass responsibilities including system design and development, data migration from legacy mainframe systems containing thirty years of historical data, security implementation, staff mentoring and training, production support, and change management coordination.
